No matter how gifted we are in self preservation, at some point or another, EVERYONE and EVERYTHING GOD MADE
NEEDS HIS DIVINE INTERVENTION: Our land, sea and the air we breathe is polluted and needs HEALING!
GOOD OR BAD THE
DAY? GOD MADE IT! What we do with it decides our blessings or despair. God
has a prescription in His Word that works miracles of healing for everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord.
BELOVED, INCREASE
YOUR FAITH!
“The Name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.”
Proverbs 18:10.
KNOWLEDGE
IS ‘POWER! GOD’S WORD IS POWER! IF WE DON’T USE IT WE ARE THE LOSERS. There are fourteen
(14) miracles from God in the 23rd Psalm alone.
A gentile mother
of Canaan had a daughter who was possessed of the devil. When Jesus was preaching in the area of Tyre and Sidon, the mother
heard JESUS COULD HEAL ANYONE OF ANYTHING. She never wasted a minute running to Him and SHOUTING; “HAVE
MERCY ON ME, ‘O LORD,’ THOU SON OF DAVID! MY DAUGHTER IS GRIEVOUSLY VEXED WITH A DEVIL.” Matthew 15: 21-28.
Jesus couldn’t help but hear the mother crying after Him. Desperation calls for desperate measures. BUT
WAIT; although Jesus heard the mother’s cries, He did not respond to her immediately. It's an amazing inspiring testimony of the power of faith working in a life who continues to hold to
God's unchanging hand.
There was a controversy between the Disciples who wanted Jesus to get ‘GET RID OF HER;’
they said; “send her away; for she crieth after us.” Verse 23. Their statement implied; SHE
IS NOT ONE OF US!
She was not in the family of God even though her persistence shows she would be happy to become one of His
followers.
When Jesus becomes Lord of our lives we have a right to sit at His Table. Jesus answer to the mother appeared cold
and unfeeling. UNDERSTAND BELOVED; because she was a gentile, she was not under God’s blessing plan as the Jewish Nation
was, SHE WAS NOT ENTITLED.
“The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
and His ears are open unto their cry.” Psalm 34:15.
Jesus answered the mother with these Words; “I
am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Although she heard His Words, she continued
praying as though her hearing was impaired. The mother asked Jesus the second time in a more humble voice saying; “Lord,
help me.” Jesus then shared His heart with her saying;
“It is not right to take the children’s bread and cast it to dogs.” Verse 26 Beloved, how would
we have taken Jesus response?
I'LL TAKE
THE CRUMBS!
The mother gave a quick respons“Truth Lord: yet the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from
the Master’s table.” Matthew 15:27
Her answer STRUCK JESUS LIKE A BOLT OF LIGHTENING! HE
LIKED WHAT HE HEARD!
The mother was aware she was not of the House of Israel but it didn’t
stop her persistence. Don't give up asking!
NOTICE; twice
In this mother’s plea, she continued calling Jesus her “LORD” as though she was in the family
of God. (“Have mercy on me O Lord.”) She was not offended at Jesus denial. IT ONLY CAUSED HER FAITH TO GROW STRONGER. She gave Him a reason to say YES! FAITH IS A POWERFUL
GIFT.
THE MOTHER'S ANSWER
MOVED THE HEART OF OUR LORD WHEN SHE CHOSE THE CRUMBS:
Jesus was so
inspired by the mother’s answer, He immediately said to her; “O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee
even as thou wilt.”
BELOVED, WHOEVER YOU ARE AND WHATEVER YOUR NEED; ‘PERSEVERE’ IN PRAYER: DON’T GIVE HEAVEN ANY REST! GOD HEARS EVERY PRAYER WE PRAY; INCLUDING THE SILENT PRAYERS. Our faith if often tested. Beloved,
when you come to Jesus, leave the baggage of doubts; fears and questions behind.
THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A MEDICATION MADE TO CAST OUT DEVILS. ONLY JESUS HAS THAT CURE. Many afflictions are without a cure. CHRIST IS THE ANSWER. "Man's extremity is God's
opportunity."
ALL MEDICATION IS NOT A CURE, IT ‘IS’ AN EXTENSION
OF LIFE. BUT WAIT; the Bible speaks of a “TREE” AND IT’S “LEAF” FOR MEDICINE.
Ezekiel 47:12 God placed every need of life in the earth for healing. That includes ‘herbs’ for medicine. We have
the right to use them. HEALING IS GRADUAL; A MIRACLE IS INSTANT!
Even the most gifted of minds need healing. BELOVED, SIN POLLUTES THE SOUL; YET, sickness is
not always a result of sin. There are many vices people indulge in that destroys the body’s normal function. Our
bodies are bound to be affected. Pollution is a killer.
GOD CAN HEAL WHATEVER
MAN DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO CURE!
Hurtful thoughts and feelings cultivate negative thoughts. BAD FEELINGS AND A BAD ‘ATTITUDE’ CAN BE AS BAD AS TAKING THE WRONG MEDICINE.
It eats into the soul like a cancer and faith dies. Many die spiritually for lack of wisdom and understanding.
Beloved, when anger gets out of control it does not encourage healing. “Be angry and sin not; let not the sun go down on your wrath.” Ephesians 4:26 It’s a warning to remind us JESUS MAY COME AT THE MIDNIGHT HOUR when we are asleep; Jesus gave an example in the Parable of the Ten Virgins: When the Bridegroom
came, the five foolish virgins were LEFT BEHIND. Jesus said; ONLY THE “PURE’ IN HEART; SHALL SEE GOD.”
Matthew 5:8 Watch for His coming daily.
Who of us are worthy of Jesus death on Calvary and heaven’s
gifts of life? THIS SONG SAYS IT BEST; “HE LOOKED BEYOND MY FAULTS AND SAW MY NEED.”
SATAN CANNOT HAVE A STRONGHOLD ON ANY OF GOD’S FAMILY.
If he tries? Jesus said, “resist the devil and he will flee
from you.” James 4:7
David shares a golden
nugget that IS MEDICINE FOR THE SOUL; “Because thou hast made the Lord, who is my refuge even the Most High thy
habitation, there shall no evil befall thee neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For He shall give His
angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” Psalm 91: 9-11.
Very often, those who are not in the circle of faith (like the gentile mother) have more faith than
those who are. It is not a contest. Faith is a gift that has a solution. It works as simple as putting a key into the lock
of a door; turn it and ‘surprise’ the door opens. It takes the worry away. God gave us the
KEYS TO THE KINGDOM.
Faith in God’s power to HEAL 'ANYTHING' IS HOPE in everyone’s
language. GOOD OR BAD, GOD CARES. He spoke through His Prophet Ezekiel saying; “. . . BEHOLD ALL SOULS ARE MINE.”
Ezekiel 18:4 Jesus does what the Potter did; makes us into a new vessel; pure and clean. Thank you Jesus!

When we walk in the light of God’s word, we will
have His BLESSINGS AND PROTECTION. If we forsake our Lord, God’s Word says “We will suffer the bread of adversity
and the water of affliction.” God has set before us ‘GOOD AND EVIL’ ‘WE’ CHOOSE.
